Alaskan Cruise and Seattle

This post is practically a decade late but hey, but late than never, right? In May I finished grad school and Keith and I celebrated our 3 year anniversary. To celebrate we crossed off two dream vacations in one trip...Alaska and Seattle.

The following post will contain lots of pictures of Alaskan landscape covered up by our faces. If you have seen too much of us lately, this post may push you over the edge and you may never want to see our faces again. But if you are having Boyd withdrawals you have come to the right place...or post.

Our first stop was Ketchikan where we went kayaking in Orca's Cove. And true to the name, we saw a large pod of orcas!

We woke up early in the morning to see Tracy Arm Fjord and it was absolutely beautiful!

In Juneau, we went on a whale-watching tour. We saw quite a few humpbacks on our journey but nothing compared to the view we had of them from our tour boat.

After the whale-watching tour, we went on a quick hike to see the Mendenhall glacier. Right next to the glacier was the most beautiful waterfall you could imagine. I could feel God's presence when I stood in front of it. IT. WAS. BREATHTAKING.

Skagway was our last Alaskan stop and one of my favorite places. We went on a long hike and really took in the beauty of Alaska.

Seattle was pretty baller. All time fav = Molly Moon's Ice Cream. The earl grey ice cream will change your life.

That was the short version of our trip.
